3.2.3  Nov 19 2020	Added "Download Log File" function on the Log page.						
			Changed default "Load Off" voltage to 44.5V and "Load On" voltage to 48.0V.						
			Increased the overload buffer time from 500uS to 1 Second.						
			Fixed the smart Port shutdown feature. Ports become temporarily disabled one at a time after 3 consecutive overload events.						
			Fixed error message bug on Monitor page.						
			Fixed bug with SNMP battery temperature reading.						
			Fixed bug with log file and graph data formatting.						
			Upgrading from older versions will retain configuration settings.
